In this Project, I prioritized trust and clarity by integrating secure user verification and adding reassuring status updates for appointment confirmations. I also decluttered the interface by organizing complex medical data into clean, scannable profiles, making it easier for users to find the right care and understand medical information without friction.

A lack of transparency around appointment status and poorly organized medical data reduces trust and increases anxiety, especially for users navigating healthcare digitally for the first time.

Real-time availability indicators and clear confirmation states improve trust and reduce uncertainty, while structured medical profiles transform complex health data into clean, scannable formats that are easy to understand and access when needed.

User flows were defined to minimize steps between search and booking. Low-fidelity wireframes established clarity and hierarchy, which were refined into high-fidelity interfaces with a strong emphasis on reassurance, accessibility, and data legibility through iterative testing and refinement.
